The OMAX 40X-2500X Brighter Darkfield LED Trinocular Compound Microscope comes with a 9MP USB digital imaging system as well as a darkfield brightfield microscope system.

Being a trinocular compound microscope, it comes with an optical system that allows for simultaneous viewing of the images through the eyepieces (binocular set) as well as a trinocular port. Description

The viewing head of the OMAX 40X-2500X Darkfield-Trinocular-Microscope is inclined at a 45 degree angle and can be turned 360 degrees. This allows the user to sitt comfortably and observe the specimen without straining or having to turn the microscope every now and then so is ergonomical. As such, it helps prevent back problems.

It also comes with a sliding head, which allows the user to easily adjust the interpupillary distance (55mm ~ 75mm or 2-3/16inch ~ 2-15/16inch) and thus accommodates all users. The sliding head is an easy feature to use given that it simply involves pulling the eyepiece apart or towards each other to the right distance. For this microscope, both eyepiece tubes also have in place a diopter, which helps adjust different eye visions and thus for different users. The microscope comes with a mechanical stain-resistant double layer stage (size: 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" (140mm x 140mm), translation range: 3" x 2" (75mm x 50mm). Brightfield and Darkfield Microscope System

 

The OMAX 40X-2500X Brighter Darkfield LED Trinocular Compound Microscope offers both the brightfield and darkfield systems. Whereas the brightfield system is the most conventional technique, darkfield microscopy allows the user to observe the specimen as a bright object on a dark background.
